To be very cold and honestly telling you that right now everywhere there is a landslide avalanche so I don’t think it’s a very good idea for you to proceed to any hill station right now it’s like risking your life for a small child the temperature and whether will not be suitable in in this weather so so you should avoid rest is completely your choice
