Hi mam,My baby is 3.9years old ,he doesn't want to play outside...He gets tired very soon...what can I do....plz tell me some suggestions...

A. Hi mom Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to make ur baby strong. Give milk with dry fruits, fresh fruit juice, three proper meals in a day so that child does not lack energy.
