A. dolopar or ibugesic is good with salt of pcm

A. give paracetamol the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperaturex water. higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

A. Hellod As your kid is small with regards to medication, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
