my baby name sisira 15 month old baby having high fever for today 102.2 degree ,baby weight 8.5kg combiflam how much ml can I give pls rly me mam

A. avoid combiflam you can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child. paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration. higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is advised by the doctor if required. keep the child in cool environmentd and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
