A. Hello, your baby girl is 45 days old and if she is having a fever then syrup Combiflam must not be used below 6 months but 1 ml paracetamol three times a day can be given

A. it is advisable to give only paracetamol to the child and there is no need to give Ibuprofen supplements with paracetamol to such a small child and if it is given then kindly meet your doctor will advise you if it is needed

A. The dosage and frequency of any medication depends on the baby's weight, age and severity of the illness. So it's better to get the child examined by ur pediatrician and get the right medication prescribed. Or u can mention the baby's weight and issue he is facing and some expert doctor online could prescribe you the medicine.
