# hi mam mere beti 3year 6month ki hai ham bhut try kr rhe hai apna belly fat kaam krne ka pr ho nai rha hai kya kre ham olz help kro thoda sa weight kam hota hai phir se weight gain ho jata hai

A. 1.Eat healthy balanced diet... include lots of fruits and veggies... Proteins etc.. completely stop junk food. 2.Drink plenty of water. 3.Exercise regularly. 4.Meditate and keep your self calm stress free. 5.sleep 8 hours.
