Q.

Hi mam,iam having last period 5th march but this month no period till today.There is no chance of pregnancy.what should i do now.??

A. well if you are sure you are nit pregnant tyen better to wait n watch. no stress. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Mam,feeling very uneasy and vomiting.frm last month i have stopped my breast feeding,my baby is 18 month old. I wait for 20 days.should i wait more ??
