Q.

hi mam.....iam conceived 2nd time.....now I am 7th month..... what will do exersise....

A. As such in pregnancy you do not need to do any more exercise we should always do 20 minut light work on a daily basis you can do some prenatal yoga under supervision only

A. hi mom exercises like stretching or any yoga poses you should do with the advice of your gynecologist only you can do 15 to 20 minutes walk everyday keep yourself hydrated and follow healthy diet routine
