Hi Mam, I would like to know that the number of meals that I could give and please suggest me on the schedule as well.

A. As you must be introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet for the first time, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. First give it in the morning and then afternoon meal. You can include lentil puree, mashed banana, apple and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, etc.
