hi mam I want to know that I am a exclusively breastfeeding mother and how do I know that it is enough for my child

A. hi you may able to notice some common signs like: after taking feed , child feel relaxed and happy your breasts become soft and main thing you will notice is your child gains weight passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day
