Q.

hi mam, i had a 7 months premature delivery and now ny baby is 2 months 27 days. my problem is that my nipples are too small so that my little one cannot suck them, they don't reach beyond her lips .i have tried breast pump, syringe and many other things to make them bigger but didn't work. It is very difficult for me to feed her because i cannot directly breast feed to my daughter, i have to express milk in a bottle first and only then able to feed her. what should I do so that i can directly breast feed to my daughter??

A. Hi mommy Squeeze your nipple frequently Give adequate feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby Burp well after every feeding
