hi mam, I am 9 months old baby mother. I am feeling weak and I don't have strength even to do my daily work. I don't have bone strength. how can I regain my strength

A. hi mom add nuts powder in milk made up of cashew almonds and dry dates have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well Take some help in domestic work
