Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes , it is common. do massaging in upward direction. don't sit or stand for long period. don't sit hanging your legs. keep your self well hydrated.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. in pregnancy it is normal to get swelling in legs still inform your gynaecologist regarding the same how is your BP level use a stool under legs as you are sitting and a pillow as you are sleeping take care
