Hi Mam, As I have gained weight after my c section delivery , I am thinking to take goodbug probiotics. Is it okay to take it. Please advise, I am still a lactating mother to my 1 year old

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. That’s okay that’s not a problem if you want to take it it’s a good option to take and during the time of lactation also it can be taken if you think it is going to be benefiting for you in anyways you can take it
