Hi Ma'am.!!! my son 4month 11days He's had little cold and little bit fever please solution.

For nasal blockage give naso clear saline drops which should be put in nose 2 drops each.
Can give otrivin pediatric nasal drops 2- 3 drops each nose.
Can give indirect steam inhalation in which steam is just in surrounding of baby. It can help to remove mucus by coughing process.
Apply vicks vaporub over back and chest of baby

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if the temperature is hundred then please start giving fever medicine dosage as per the paediatrician description. As the dosage depends on the baby weight. For cold you can give steam once in a day. Exclusively breastfeed which is the best medicine for the baby at this stage. Keep your baby well hydrated. Wear a light cotton cloth. Avoid blankets if the temperature is high.Write Your Answer Here
