Avoid high salt foods like waffers, farsan, chips, canned foods, fried foods, pickles, papad etc
Have home cooked foods only . take more vegetables, fruits nuts, pulses , sprouts in your meals.

Eat some protein every day; choose lean meat, and try to eat two portions of fish a week. Lentils, beans and tofu are also a good source of protein.
