A. to avoid it, correct constipation,Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster. -High fibers foods include fruits, such as berries, apples, oranges, raisins, figs, and pears. Broccoli, green peas, potatoes, and brussels sprouts are good vegetable options. Avoid eating Spicy food , Besan, banana, curd rice heavy to digest. -Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools.

A. Hello dear parent! Consult your doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek further advice. Clarify all of your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake. Good luck and take care
