Hi it’s 4 months since my c section delivering twins in February. I have a history of PCOD. My periods have not commenced post delivery. Is it a matter of concern

A. you need to lose weight.See you can always show to a doctor online if you are afraid of covid. As this you can not ignoreTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyYou can put aloe vera gel and see. Try to lose weight with exercise ok.that will help you sure

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal and some mothers do not get periods till the time they breastfeed their baby. so better to use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy. take care
