In my anomaly scan dr mentioned about a small hole in babies heart and mentioned it may close before birth.Please let me know which test/scan can help to check if the hole is closed before birth other than echo.Does growth scan /NST/ doppler can confirm this ?

Hi My baby girl had  vsd (hole) which was also diagnosed in my anomaly scan.. don't worry..your gynecologist would suggest you to do echo of your baby..I have also done this & found vsd..my dr assured me it will be disappeared..after baby's birth within 2. month her echo was done and found no vsd..it disappeared..So don't worry..just follow what Dr said..

Hi, even my baby boy had a small muscle indicator which was said can be hole, when he was 20 weeks in the womb. My Dr suggested 2D echo to explore any other significant factors to notice the abnormalities. Most of the babies have those but they disappear in development process of the heart. So no need to be worried this is what my Drs told me and it came true.
