I also face the similar problem, I am not sure if this helps to reduce the weight but it’s maintaining my weight for now while breastfeeding. Check your plate and try to have balanced diet which includes more veggies and protein and small amount of rice. For example rice, spinach and sautéed vegetables and chicken gravy with breast pieces or try having soups in the evening. Mostly my cravings hit in the evening and I munch on something which increases the calorie intake
