Hi I am exclusive breastfeeding mom of 4 months postpartum and I got my period now is it normal I heard many of my friends getting only after 7 months postpartum

A. Yes it’s normal as it varies from women to women so nothing to worry about and eat a healthy nutritious diet since you are breast feeding the baby and recovering as well so take care
