hi im a mom to 8 months old baby.. looking for probiotics.... can anyone suggest the best probiotics available to take during breastfeeding... thanks in advance ππ

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..best probiotic is home.made curd...that is easily available and can be made at home....can have daily..make sure it's fresh and not very chilled...it aids in digestion..and a lactating mom can have anything and everything in moderation
