Hi iam facing a pain in left side nipple while breastfeeding I have 5 months old baby pls suggest what to do and y does this happen?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and if you are getting a pain in your one nipple then it’s your choice to use either nipple shield or express your milk and feed her with bottle
