hi I was using nipple shield these days now started feeding without it, I have pain in nipples while feeding , how to get relief from pain

mam,you can try different feeding positions .
for example
cradle position
football position
recliner position
etc
you can apply freshly expressed breastmilk or nipcare cream on nipples to cure the wound.
but always rinse it well before you start feeding.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your body well hydrated.
