In 2021, I was expecting my first child had this issue back then and now in 2023, I am expecting again and the problem still persists. Does pregnancy cause loss of taste and appetite throughout the 9 months. How do i overcome this?? Not even a single thing I cook tastes good or I can sense the taste. why is this happening? what can be done? Pls help

A. Every woman faces different signs and symptoms during pregnancy. If you had lots of taste even In previous pregnancy then it may be present in the next pregnancy also you can just maintain a healthy diet and adequate water intake

A. It is normal to experience either a loss of appetite or a change in food preferences during pregnancy. This may play a part in how much your weight changes during pregnancy. Food aversions are common, and around 6 in 10 people experience a food aversion while pregnant.
