I've been suffering with the loss of taste and loss of appetite from past 2 years. In 2021, I was expecting my first child had this issue back then and now in 2023, I am expecting again and the problem still persists. Does pregnancy cause loss of taste and appetite throughout the 9 months. How do i overcome this?? Not even a single thing I cook tastes good or I can sense the taste. why is this happening? what can be done? Pls help

If you had lots of taste even In previous pregnancy then it may be present in the next pregnancy also
you can just maintain a healthy diet and adequate water intake

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Loss of appetite can be understood but loss of taste.... The problem is the same in both my pregnancies. I cannot understand the taste of food that is made... How can i get my taste buds back, this is creating a big problem for me
