Hi, I use cetaphil diaper rash cream most of the time I change my baby's diaper and sometimes I use talcum powder in baby's diaper area. still he has got red pimple dots like rashes only near anus area. any goods ointment to heal the rash rapildly?

Hello ma’am Try applying Boroline for a faster healing it’s an anti septic cream and it is one of the best things to go for when it comes to type a rashes and all other things so my advice to you would be to use the Boroline and probably you will definitely see good results in sometime just apply it every 3 to 4 hours for faster and better healing
