Q.
Hi, I'm the mother of a 16 month old boy. After delivery my periods are not on the routine date. It varies from 28th day to 35th day for each month. Is it normal?

Uma RamMom of 2 children2 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Menustration cycle 26-35 days is normal ,nothing to worry about this.
Only concern if periods are always(every month are crossing 33 days or getting early by 20-24 days) might be the reason for PCOS,PCOD.
Have healthy food,do yoga reduce stress if any which cause harmonal imbalance.
Unhealthy food habits,stress,low haemoglobin cause irregular periods.
