A. hi sarika. for weight loss, eating healthy n physical exercise both are important, You need to take high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrates diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.

A. hello you should be doing walking and excercise which can help reduce yiur weight and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also you can be doing yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form that can help reduce your weight
