Q.

Hi, I m having 23 months old twins, and they are on breastfeeding , now I have a feeling that my breast milk supply is not enough for the babies.. During day time they demand less and even I have option to give them solid food, but during night now they wake up at around 4am and crying ,they are not taking bottle feed, please suggest how to feed them at night if they are not taking bottle feed, and even they don't like cow milk,

A. you can go for either formula milk or animal milk and you can also add chocolate syrup to it to enhance the taste. also you can give good diet and heavy diet just before sleep which will help in decreasing the chances of diet related hunger at night.
