hi..I'm baby of 4mth old,hair loss is more after my child stars talking little.i lost my hair major.did I get get and how any tips..pls suggest me .now I'm over thinking of my hair

usually it happens because of hormonal changes.
so please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
apply coconut oil daily on your hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
it will definitely help.
