hi I'm akila. my daughter is six month old. shall I feed her organically like ragi or packed solids like cerlac? can someone help me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes can feed after 6 mth of completion.. WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 months, so better to wait.
