Hi, I'm a mother of 4months baby and it was c-section delivery. I have severe pain in the middle part of my spinal card. I consulted my gynecologist on the same issue and she said it's because of not sitting straight while breastfeeding baby and I took some medicines also but no luck. please suggest me what can I do to overcome from this pain.

Hi mom
Maintain the straight posture while feeding ur baby. Take adequate rest and sleep.
Take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby. It is important.
Do hot fomenting on the back to get relief from pain.
Do not hold ur baby while standing for long hours..
Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness after delivery
