Q.

Hi, I'm a feeding mother, its been 9 months now since delivery.. still my periods has not started.. is this normal or i shud consult doctor regarding this?

A. Hi mommy It’s okay There is nothing to worry about it Maintain hydration It May happen due to hormone changes Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
