Q.

hey i m a mom of 9 month old baby..as i am breast feeding..i have not got my periods till now..i m worried when will i have my regular periods .?

A. if you have been exclusively breastfeeding then it is very nirnal that you have not got your periods. once you stop bresstfeeding or reduce it considerably it will get back to normal. eat well abd frequently breastfeed and take care of yourself along with the baby.
