Hi I’m a father of 2m old baby girl. I don’t see any problem or illness on my Baby should I go for checkup

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

no need of it
I mean,as far as your child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight,take feeds and sleep well, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
