hi...I hv gone through cervical cerclage before 15 days now I feel like it's opened.... will it open automatically?

No, it will not open automatically.
The doctor will remove the stitch around 37 weeks of pregnancy.
For more details consult with your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation. Take care
