hi i have stopped breast feeding my 1 year old daughter. it's been 5 days nearly. now my right breast is becoming hard due to milk... can u please tell me how should I go about it

A. breast has become hard if there is pain or uncomfortable reach the doctor u cn gently massage ... warm compress may help.. u may pumping out the milk ... to get relief
