hi I have put copper t I had intercourse and I have baby 1 .5 year I did not get period only spotting occurs no period may I know the reason and I am afraid I would be pregnant

A. do a urine for pregnancy test. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor .

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
