You need to consult an andrology specialist or urologist so that they can find out what is the cause.
If you go for Ivf they will take sample from the tested directly and fertility issue can be handled

In such case, you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining. You should never take any sort of medication till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor about it then only take any medication.
