try to eat well. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

do usg and check internal stitches may be healing or not if suture material is used it may be good quality at time of c-section so plz visit good gyna or abdomen surgeon if stitches is not healing so internal infection is caused plz request u that do regular checkup or mri of lower abdomen  if not delay than internal infection occur and one more information check skin tb test

good evening so long after the delivery you should not be having any pain or burning sensation I would request you to try to visit your doctor for proper clinical examination to see what the problem is
