Hi...I have a 3yr old boy . but from my delivery I suffring from hairfall problem

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if you are suffering from here for you should take a healthy diet for yourself also look for deficiency of haemoglobin also thyroid hormone level should be checked and take a high protein diet consult you doctor once

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Consume foods rich in iron, zinc, and vitamins. A homemade hair pack made of egg whites and olive oil applied directly on the scalp is a good remedy to minimise hair fall post-delivery. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and apply the strained water directly on the scalp. Leave it for an hour or two and wash.
