hi I have 3 months old baby, I have insufficient milk so shall I take galacto granules with milk

A. yes you can take this granules after Consulting doctor on phone also you should keep yourself well hydrated don't take tension and have a cup of milk twice or thrice a day and have easy to digest food this will all help increasing milk secretion
