Q.

Hi. I had my c section delivery on 8th Feb 2023 since then till now I haven't got my period, but little white discharge is coming from last 3 days.. Is there any issue for not getting periods.?.. plz help

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. Seems normal. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
