Hi I had 3 months old baby she turns 4 months and I delivered with c sec and I want to reduce my belly what diet I should follow

A. you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods

A. To reduce belly fat after pregnancy, first make some dietary changes and include fiber and protein rich foods and restrict intake of fat and carbohydrate rich foods like rice, potato, sugar, fried and packaged foods. Drink plenty of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
