Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber

To reduce belly fat after pregnancy, first make some dietary changes and include fiber and protein rich foods and restrict intake of fat and carbohydrate rich foods like rice, potato, sugar, fried and packaged foods. Drink plenty of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
