hi I feel like there is a lump in my left breast below the nipple..no swelling there but if I press it pains,no other symptoms are there..that lumps feel like around the lump there are some balls like things..and my period is expected to start in 2 days..if I press the nipple I can see milk which usually happens right from delivery...does anyone know the answer ...is it serious
