Q.

there is a milk duct in the nipple..and it's very painful while breast feeding.. and there is a hard lump feel while touching the breast but no fever.. what can I do

A. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings. once meet ur doctor

A. You can use breast pump to extract the milk and feed your baby. Ensure to use a good one. But note that all the parts should be sterilised properly and after every use. Also try breastfeeding its important too. Always try ti express milk then j now
