Hi I delivered the child one week ago but the breast milk supply is low. What should I do? Should I take any tablets ? pls suggest

A. Shatavari tablets you can take three times in the day with warm milk is supposed to be very good you take tablets or powder whatever is convenient to you and hopefully that would help in increasing your lactation and have plenty of fluid as well
