Weight loss is not very difficult you need little dedication and efforts 
Have small and frequent meals 
Include protein like dal, sprouts, milk, curd, rajma/chana/chola, paneer, eggs, soya, chicken fish with every meals 
Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables, oats, daliya, brown rice, bajra, jowar, ragi, quinoa in the diet and reduce roti, white rice 
Start your meal with a bowl of salad and 2 glass of water 
Reduce the intake of sugar and sugary drinks, high salt food like namkeen and farsan, fried foods, bakery products 
Water 3l per day 
Go for 45 min workout 6 days a week 
Include green tea or jeera and cinnamon tea in your routine
