Hi doc, I am giving protein powder for one year boy, will it produce heat, bcos after that he s having many heat dots all over Body.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no need to give protien powder.. their protien intake be from homemade food like watered and pureed dal, cooked and pureed sprouts, beans, youghrt,tofu, paneer, not from protien powder.
keep him well hydrate.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello do not give aby anything unless prescribed by your doctor and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the baby is small
