Hi, I am mother of 2.7 yrs baby. My baby weight is 12kgs now. Can u please suggest some food that will to put on her weight.

A. Hello Mum, There is no need to worry if your child is healthy and active. To make your child gain weight, ensure your child get the right nutrition for their growing age. Try nutrition dense foods to aid in weight gain. Some recipes you can try are nuts ladoo, seeds, peanut Chikki, makhana, Dal chilla or cutlets, Ragi porridge, vegetable paratha, fruit milkshake etc Hope this helps!

A. Hi parent as per your child age his weight is normal so no need to worry about this matter please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
